Q. Does the monthly membership include new workouts, or will I be doing the same workouts over and over?

A. The monthly Fit As Hel Membership will provide you with a BRAND NEW lower body, upper body, and full body workout every single week. Each workout is customizable to fit your current fitness level and is under 40 minutes (usually closer to 30!)

 

Q. What equipment will I need?

A. The monthly Fit As Hel Membership requires dumbbells and a loop band, that’s it! If we are One on One Coaching, we will discuss what equipment you have available to you, and from there we will build a personalized program based on you, your goals, and your lifestyle. 

Q. What if i need to cancel?

A. You may opt out of the Fit As Hel subscription at anytime. Access to the program will be surrendered upon cancelation. If you are One on One Coaching, simply submit a 30 day written notice of cancelation via email.

Q. Can i do this if i am pregnant or postpartum?

A. You bet. All workouts contain modifications for pregnancy and postpartum!

Q. Can i do these workouts without a gym membership?

A. Absolutely. These workouts are designed to be done with minimal and sometimes zero equipment, so you are able to make the most of your workout routine from anywhere.
