3 Exercises You Can Do Anywhere!

If you're struggling to get movement into your day- this one is for you! Here are 3 exercises you can do anywhere that only take about 10 minutes! Do each move for 45 seconds and rest 15 seconds - repeat 3 times. (Save this for the next time you have 10 minutes and want to sweat before you shower!)

1. "X" Squat Rise

For this exercise, you're going to squat and reach down to your left foot with your right arm. When you rise, lift your right arm to the sky. Do this again with the opposite arm, and alternate each time! You can do this exercise with or without weights!

2. Row the Boat

This one is self-explanatory. Move your arms backward in a rowing motion at shoulder height. You can also do this one with or without weights.

3. Punch to 180 Jump

For this exercise, you will do 4 air punches, alternating arms, (with or without weights), then do a 180 jump and repeat the punches.
