Controversial KEY to Losing Body Fat

I might get a little push back on this one but I’m a rebel at heart, so hear me out 📣

Most of my clients come to me desperate to lose body fat and increase lean muscle.

And what do almost all of them have in common?

Chronically UNDER eating.

And the food choices they ARE making are hurting instead of helping (low carb, low fat, low protein, convenience foods, processed oils etc).

Listen sis, our bodies need and deserve proper nourishment to survive and thrive — and if you are chronically depriving yourself of your bodies needs to perform, you are never going to see the results you’ve been dreaming of.

The key is to learn your unique body system and to nourish yourself with foods that enhance, rather than deplete, your energy.

This week focus on —

- MORE protein

- MORE vegetables

- MORE complex carbs

- MORE healthy fats

- MORE water

Track how you FEEL at the beginning and end of each day while doing this for the next week and see if you start to notice any changes.
