Meal Prep Veggie Frittata Bites

Breakfast time can be hectic, but it's one of the most important times to load up on protein. These veggie frittata bites are easy to prep ahead of time and packed with nutritious ingredients so you can enjoy your morning cooking-free!

what you need //

• eggs

• milk of choice

• fav veggies + optional meat of choice (I used red pepper, spinach, mushroom, and apple chicken sausage)

• salt + pepper

how to make //

• preheat oven to 350

• sautée veggies/cook meat of choice

• In a bowl, I mixed 8 eggs, 1/3ish cup of milk, seasoning

• once veggies and meat are cooked, mix that into the bowl

• pour egg mixture into muffin tin/silicon baking cups (I linked the ones I use in my stories)

• bake for 20-25 mins
